POMPANO BEACH PIER GARAGE 

Delivered through a Design/Build contract with Kaufman Lynn, delight and wonder was the design intent, providing some 662 new parking spaces in a mixed-use garage of 239,400 square feet. The building base undulation reinforces the thematic movement of wind and water. Program elements include more than parking: retail space, a tourism office, a welcome center, and a storage area for lifeguard operations. The design expresses an intention architects strive for—a building with a true sense of place. 2018  Florida Region Project of the Year Award – Design Build Institute of America.
