POMPANO BEACH FIRE STATION 11

CSAA has enjoyed an excellent relationship with the City of Pompano Beach. Completed in 2016, this station is approximately 13,000 SF and contains a reception and administrative area, bunker gear room, laundry, decontamination room, exercise and training room and living quarters. Designed for LEED certification, the station features rooftop solar panels, fire poles, bi-fold impact resistant apparatus bay doors and 100% native vegetation. The City of Pompano Beach was so pleased with Station 11 that it was replicated for Station 103 with site adjustments and has served as the prototype design for three additional stations.
