CSAA was honored to be selected by the City of Lighthouse for the design of five structures and a Capital Improvement Program valued at over $20 MM in construction. The second floor will include multi-purpose meeting spaces to be used as the city’s Emergency Operations Center, smaller break-out spaces, a warming kitchen, restrooms, and mechanical spaces in around 5,200 square feet. The total construction budget is around $7,200,000.00 and will be delivered through CM at Risk.
